Blog #6
When I wrote my first draft I just wrote it out and didn't really think about how to write it or even include quotes at that point. I just thought that if I got it all down I could include past points in the first draft. Not all ideas are bad ideas. After reading my news article I went back and highlighted different methods with different colors. This helped me identify the different methods used. When I realized I wrote it wrong (that was fun), I went back and annotated my paper again. I tried a new method where I wrote individual sentences on sticky notes. I know it sounds like a very tedious process but it actually worked. Let me tell you why. I wrote different sentences on different sticky notes because then I could reorganize them to make the best paragraph possible. I thought it was successful. Then I typed this paper out. After I did the usual and edited my paper. That was my method.

So how well did it work overall? You evaluated the sticky note part of your process a bit, but I don't get a sense of how effective your process, as a whole, is. Good start!
